Dr. Shilpi Gupta is a skilled sports physiotherapist working with Rehab Lab, Fortis Healthcare in Delhi.

She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from Delhi University in 2012.

Keen to continuously improve her skills, she did her Master’s degree in sports physiotherapy from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar in 2014. Here she acquired extensive knowledge & experience treating a wide variety of athletes belonging to various sports, focusing on injury prevention, training & sports rehabilitation.

Following this, she started working with Max Super Speciality Hospital, Delhi. Where she gained experience working with a variety of conditions including orthopaedic injuries, neurological conditions, post-surgical protocols, plastic surgery & tendon repair cases, amputations, fractures, arthritis, cute & chronic pain.

When it comes to working with clients, Dr. Shilpi Gupta is thorough & engaged, she uses an individualized treatment approach that combines manual therapy, patient education, specific exercise prescription & myofascial release techniques.

She is a certified high performance and rehab coach from Tecnobody Italy.
