      I am writing to express my disappointment with Dr. Puru Dhawan. I visited his clinic in New Delhi on August 7, 2023, for a consultation about my chronic pain. I was initially impressed with his credentials and experience, but I was very disappointed with the quality of care I received. Dr. Dhawan spent very little time with me during my consultation. He did not ask me any questions about my symptoms or medical history, and he did not seem to listen to my concerns. He simply prescribed me a medication that I had already tried and that did not work for me.
